One of them has gang tattoos all over his arms and hands, I'm all for second chances however it's a trashy look to have a security guard with gang tattoos carrying a gun. Selling a controlled substance is not to be taken lightly, even if it is "just weed". Personally I can't support a company that's puts "Budtenders" out on an active sales floor without the proper product knowledge and proper training. I'm pretty versed in the cannabis industry and know more then the average consumer, so I picked up on her BS. It seemed to me like she just had no background or knowledge about the products. The girl that helped us either completely didn't know what she was talking about.or she was straight up lying about the products. Went in with my mother in law, she was looking for a specific item. Typical Top Flight RentaCop trying to hard. Instead he was trying to be intimidating standing on the corner staring me down. Security guard acted very unprofessional and rude and seemed to be a bit to overly concerned with a car leaving the parking lot, I mean he could have just looked at the camerea and seen me leave. For wat reason I have no idea, because I was not happy with their customer services (actually being open when they say they are). He followed me to my car and watched me get in, while writing my liscnese plate in the way out. I told him this was a crappy business model to have and I will not be coming back and left. He was rude and said "we are closed and dont know who told you that but its wrong". I showed him email from the company he does security for show they told me it was open today. The security guard was rude and kept saying "we are closed dont know who you talked too". This miscommunication is unacceptable, are they going to give me discount for my gas and time? Hell no they aren't. So drove down there only to find door locked and security saying they are closed. I emailed them and they responded within 10 mins saying the were open. Then called this morning so I didn't waste my time driving there, they did not answer the phone. Went yesterday and they were closed due to internet down (shitty excuse). Go anywhere else for weed, LITERALLY ANYWHERE. They tried to brush it away by giving a 20% off coupon but I told them I will not be returning. They shouldn't have taken that many people in the back, they should ring customers up that know what they want, and they shouldn't get your items and put them up front and then refuse service. Rang three other people in front of me then when it was my turn they told me they were closed and couldn't ring me up. ![]() They asked what I wanted and took it to the front to be rang up. They helped a couple in front of me for at least 10 minutes who had no idea what they wanted and took their sweet time. I waited in line for 10 minutes outside, made it in then waited another like 10 minutes and then finally was let into the back. I arrived at the store at 9:30pm, they close at 10pm. ![]()
